The company's purpose is the development of projects, the purchase, sale and brokerage of real estate, real estate promotion, construction, conversion, and renovation of real estate, with the exception of all operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (LFAIE). The company may, as a secondary purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad: create branches, in general, carry out any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable property (excluding any operation prohibited by the LFAIE), directly or indirectly related to its purpose, grant loans to its partners and to third parties, act as guarantor for loans subscribed by partners and third parties, guarantee these loans by the issuance or pledging of mortgage securities or by the subscription of any other financial commitment.
