The company's purpose is: to operate a plastering and painting business, as well as all decoration, construction and renovation work in the building sector; the purchase, sale, import, export, manufacture, distribution and marketing in general of all basic or manufactured products related to plastering, painting and decoration; all commercial and financial operations (except those resulting from the mandate of financial intermediary within the meaning of Article 2, paragraph 3 of the Federal Act on Combating Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing (AMLA)), whether movable or immovable, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE, in direct or indirect relation to the purposes described above and intended to promote its social interests; the acquisition of participations in all Swiss or foreign companies pursuing identical or similar purposes, as well as the creation of branches; the granting of loans or advances to its associates or to third parties, the guarantee of loans subscribed by associates or third parties, the guarantee of such loans by the issuance or pledge of mortgage securities or other securities, as well as the subscription of any other financial commitment. The company may carry out its activities both in Switzerland and abroad.
