The company's purpose is to acquire shares in any commercial, industrial, or financial enterprises, whether in Switzerland or abroad, as well as any other activities aimed at promoting or developing the aforementioned purpose or facilitating its realization, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (LFAIE). The company may, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (LFAIE):
- Engage in any financial, commercial, or industrial activity, whether movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose;
- Establish branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad;
- Participate in any enterprises directly or indirectly related to its purpose;
- Grant loans or guarantees to partners or third parties, if this serves its interests.
