The company's purpose is to provide services in the fields of marketing, communication and advertising, in particular through consulting, creation and realization. Furthermore, the company provides representative services in the fields of social media, public appearances (moderation and speaking) as well as in the model, fashion and beauty business. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad and participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, as well as conduct all business that is directly or indirectly related to its purpose. The company may acquire, encumber, sell and manage real estate in Switzerland and abroad. Excluded from this are, in any case, transactions that are prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (BewG).
