In Switzerland and abroad, the provision of services related to luxury automobiles, in particular the application of protective films and other minor improvements and repairs (paintwork, glass, rims, etc.), cleaning, storage and winter storage. The Company may, on its own account, carry out all commercial, financial, movable or immovable transactions (excluding transactions prohibited by the LFAIE) directly or indirectly related to its main purpose. It may also establish branches and/or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. The Company may also grant loans to its shareholders and/or guarantee, secure or co-sign loans granted by third parties to its shareholders.
