The Company conducts its business in accordance with the objectives of the group to which it may belong, to the extent possible. Therefore, the Company may, in the interest of potential group companies or any of them (including group companies holding the Company, directly or indirectly, as well as their subsidiaries, direct or indirect), conclude contracts and, in particular, grant loans or other forms of financing to these companies and provide all kinds of collateral for the obligations contracted by them, including through pledges, transfers or assignments for security purposes of the Company's assets or through guarantees of any kind, whether for consideration or not.
