The purpose of the association is to pioneer regenerative approaches to land management and to change the way people interact with natural ecosystems. The association is committed to the conservation, protection and regeneration of areas, with a particular focus on promoting biodiversity and creating regenerative human habitats that benefit present and future generations. The association achieves this purpose by: developing and implementing innovative models of regenerative land management, creating and supporting community-based stewardship projects, implementing decentralized governance approaches for land and resource management, exchanging knowledge and practices to improve ecological restoration, promoting regenerative lifestyles. The association initiates and manages regenerative projects in Switzerland and abroad according to its business principles approved by the General Assembly. The association is non-profit, politically neutral and denominationally independent.
