The company's purpose is to acquire and manage participations in all financial, commercial, industrial, movable or immovable property companies, both in Switzerland and abroad; in general, to carry out all operations and assume all functions, both on its own account and on behalf of third parties, which have a direct or indirect connection with its purpose, as well as the management, administration or advisory services of companies in which it has a participation.
