The Company may acquire, hold and sell real estate, with the exception of transactions prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (LFAIE). It may engage in any commercial activities directly or indirectly related to the Company's purpose. It may take any measures aimed at promoting the Company's purpose or which are related thereto.
