The company's purpose is to carry out all consulting and training activities related to industrial transformation, both in Switzerland and abroad. The company may, in Switzerland and abroad, carry out all commercial, industrial, financial, movable or immovable transactions (except for transactions prohibited by the LFAIE) that are directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose or that would facilitate, directly or indirectly, entirely or partially, its realization. The company may, in Switzerland and abroad, have an interest, in any form, in all companies with a similar, analogous or related purpose. It may also grant loans or guarantees to its shareholders or third parties if it serves its interests.
