It may, in Switzerland or abroad, establish branches, participate in other companies, acquire all properties or real estate companies within the scope of its activities, acquire or establish companies with an identical or similar purpose, carry out all operations and conclude all contracts that are suitable for developing its purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it.
