The company's purpose is to operate an ophthalmology and ophthalmosurgery medical practice, as well as all commercial activities directly or indirectly related to its purpose, with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE (Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners). It may establish branches, take participations in other companies, acquire or create similar or related businesses, conduct all affairs and conclude all contracts that serve to develop its purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it. Furthermore, it may acquire, operate and dispose of real estate, both in Switzerland and abroad, within the limits of the LFAIE (Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners).
