The cooperative aims to maintain, operate and maintain the property owned by it, Section V of the land register of the city of Basel, parcel no. 1765, Grosspeterstrasse 5, Basel, with a clubhouse, for the benefit of the Basel Odd Fellows lodges. The property serves as a hub for the Basel Odd Fellows lodges' non-profit and ethical endeavors. The cooperative may acquire or sell real estate companies, plots of land or parts thereof, build, acquire, manage or rent houses. The sale of plots of land or parts thereof is also permitted, as long as the purpose of the company is ensured. In this case, the members of the cooperative or the members of the cooperative members must be given the opportunity to acquire the property or part thereof to be sold under the planned sales conditions. The company may enter into all transactions and conclude contracts that are suitable to promote the purpose of the company or are directly or indirectly related to it.
