The company may acquire, hold, encumber and dispose of real estate and/or intellectual property. In the case of real estate in Switzerland, the acquisition and holding of real estate is exclusively limited to commercial properties within the meaning of the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (BewG).
