The company's purpose is, directly or indirectly, in Switzerland and abroad, the import, export, brokerage and trade of all goods, in particular on the internet. The company may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad. It may acquire interests in any companies. It may carry out all industrial, commercial or financial, movable or immovable transactions, except for transactions prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE), grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties if it serves its interests and perform all functions having a direct or indirect connection contributing to the achievement of its purpose.
