The company's purpose is to provide advice and services in Switzerland and abroad in the following areas: marketing, financial and operational strategy for companies and assets. The company may acquire, sell or manage real estate in Switzerland and abroad, excluding any operations prohibited by the LFAIE. As a secondary purpose, the company may, both in Switzerland and abroad: establish branches, exercise any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable (excluding any operations prohibited by the LFAIE), directly or indirectly related to its purpose, grant loans to its shareholders and third parties, guarantee loans subscribed by shareholders and third parties, secure these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
