The company may conduct all real estate, financial and commercial transactions, except for transactions prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE), and perform all functions that would be of a nature to develop the social purpose or that would have a direct or indirect connection with this purpose.
