The association has set itself the task of creating and implementing all possibilities for a healthy, natural and environmentally conscious lifestyle with joy. This includes, in addition to physical activity, mental fitness and emotional well-being, and strengthening and achieving these through mental training and conversation offers. The association strives to pass on the acquired knowledge to its members and interested non-members with the help of medical forces, trainers, further education and the members' own experiences. Various programs are to be developed that can be applied in practice, including economic assistance in emergency situations. Cooperation with international organizations that also strive for an environmentally conscious, natural and healthy lifestyle in harmony with nature is desired. The association's goal is to support the path to self-discovery internationally through suitable practical measures of all kinds in an organizational manner. The association opens doors, builds bridges and removes obstacles, particularly through public relations and lobbying, education and counseling, but also through individual, personal counseling and promotion. Within the framework of its purpose, the association can create institutions nationally and internationally, participate in other profit or non-profit institutions nationally and internationally, engage helpers, found organizations or support them through donations.
