The acquisition, management, holding, and sale of equity interests in companies in Switzerland and abroad, as well as the financing of these companies, with the proviso that real estate operations in Switzerland will only concern commercial properties not subject to the LFAIE authorization regime. The company may grant or receive loans from shareholders, related companies, or third parties, and grant or receive guarantees of any kind to or from these same entities. The company may also engage in any other commercial, financial, or service activities in Switzerland and abroad, to the extent permitted by Swiss law.
