The company's purpose is the acquisition, holding, administration and disposal of minority or majority, direct or indirect participations in all companies in the commercial, industrial, real estate or financial sector, both in Switzerland and abroad. It may grant loans, advances or guarantees to these companies or to third parties, as well as undertake all commercial activities directly or indirectly related to its purpose, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). It may, in Switzerland or abroad, establish branches, take participations in other companies, acquire or create similar or similar companies, conduct all business and conclude all contracts suitable for developing its purpose or related thereto directly or indirectly. Furthermore, it may acquire, operate and dispose of real estate, both in Switzerland and abroad, within the limits of the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE).
