The company's main purpose is to engage in all activities in the automotive field, including: the purchase, sale, rental, import, export, consignment and trade of new and used automobiles; the management, operation and development of automobile garages, including mechanical, bodywork, maintenance, diagnostic and after-sales services; the trade of spare parts, accessories and automotive equipment; and the representation of foreign companies or digital platforms (including mirror sites and auction sites) active in the automotive sector or related fields. The company also aims to provide all services in the fields of human resources, information technology, as well as business creation and management; all activities in the field of real estate, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE); and the trade (purchase, sale, rental, import, export) of all products. The company may: engage in any financial, commercial or industrial activity, whether movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose; create branches, subsidiaries, in Switzerland and abroad and take an interest in all related or similar businesses that may develop its purpose; participate in all businesses having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose; and subscribe to all acts of intercession in favor of a shareholder or third parties (natural or legal persons), notably in the form of loans, pledges, guarantees or others, if it serves its interests.
