The company's purpose is the acquisition, administration, management and marketing of all companies and products, in particular in the fields of new technologies, charitable fundraising, matchmaking and promotion of local trade, as well as all real estate transactions, except those prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may, on its own account or on behalf of third parties, carry out all financial, commercial, industrial, movable or immovable activities, directly or indirectly related to its purpose; create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; participate in all companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose; grant loans or guarantees to associates, its subsidiaries or branches or to third parties, if it serves its interests; and carry out any other activity useful for the promotion or realization of its purpose, directly or indirectly.
