The company's purpose is to operate public establishments and engage in all activities in the field of events and entertainment, in particular the organization of escape rooms, group games for the entertainment of young people and adults, team-building events and other related activities. It may, in Switzerland and abroad, create branches, participate in other companies, acquire or establish companies with a purpose identical or similar to its own, carry out all economic, industrial, financial, movable and immovable transactions, except for transactions prohibited by the LFAIE, and conclude all contracts that serve to develop the company's purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it. The company may grant loans or guarantees if it serves its interests.
