The Company's purpose is the manufacture and trade of various articles as well as the representation of companies and brands in Switzerland and abroad. The Company may also: carry out all commercial, financial, movable or immovable transactions, provided that these are not subject to the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners of December 16, 1983 (LFAIE); take participations in other companies; acquire or establish companies with an identical or similar purpose; in general, carry out all operations having a direct or indirect connection with the company's purpose in Switzerland and abroad. The Company may have subsidiaries or establish branches in Switzerland and abroad. The Company may grant loans or guarantees of any kind, either to its associates or to third parties, if this serves its interests.
