The cooperative aims to participate in, lease or acquire and manage a property through joint self-help. The primary goal of the cooperative is to maintain the property and its operation, regardless of the business operated on the property. The cooperative may establish branch offices in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other domestic and foreign companies, acquire, establish or merge with similar or related companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire, manage and transfer patents, licenses and representations in Switzerland and abroad, rent, acquire, manage or resell properties and real estate, and enter into all transactions and conclude contracts that are suitable to promote the purpose of the cooperative or are directly or indirectly related to it.
