The purpose of the company is to (a) provide third parties with advice, notably strategic, operational, organizational, digital, project management, global or specialized advice in the fields of negotiation and business consulting; (b) assist third parties through intermediation, mediation and negotiation assistance activities as well as through the design, implementation and optimization of organizational and economic models; (c) develop, acquire, exploit, host and market intellectual property, including digital and software solutions (notably SaaS). The company may provide all services and carry out all operations related to this purpose, except for activities prohibited by the LFAIE.
