It may establish branch offices in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies or merge with them, hold participations and exercise holding functions, as well as acquire, manage and exploit trade marks, manufacturing processes, license rights, copyrights, patents and know-how. The company is also authorized to create, manage, acquire and sell real estate in Switzerland and abroad.
