The company's purpose (in strict compliance with the rules governing the acquisition of real estate by foreigners) is: a) to carry out all real estate transactions, in particular the purchase and sale of all properties and real estate companies, the study, design, planning and execution of projects in the real estate sector, as well as any activity in the construction sector; b) any activity in the field of energy, home automation, computer science, technology and the art of smart living; c) as an ancillary activity, the execution of all commercial and financial transactions - whether movable or immovable - directly or indirectly related to the above-mentioned purpose(s), as well as the acquisition of interests in all Swiss or foreign companies pursuing identical or similar purposes. The company may also grant loans and/or guarantees, in any form, to its shareholders or third parties. The company may conduct its activities both in Switzerland and abroad.
