This includes, for the company, within the framework of forwarding, both domestically and internationally, particularly sea freight forwarding as a non-vessel operating common carrier (NVOCC), also handling of pre-, main- and post-carriage, port handling, customs clearance, management of all documentation obligations, exact shipment documentation, procurement of permits, licenses and other papers, procurement of (transport) insurance, storage and distribution as well as commissioning and packaging of goods of all kinds, as well as import, export and organization of FCL (Full-Container-Load), LCL (Less-Than-Container-Load) and RoRo traffic (Roll-on/Roll-off traffic), where the consolidation and deconsolidation of groupage containers (LCL) may also be included. The company's port handling also includes container logistics (container procurement/return, loading/unloading), and within the framework of customs clearance, the handling of all customs formalities for both import and export. The company's management of all (forwarding) documentation obligations includes, in particular, the obligations to document the origin and destination ports and border crossings for import and export, as well as the careful and comprehensive documentation of individual transport steps. The company's procurement of permits, licenses and other papers includes all formalities within the framework of (sea) transport and port handling. The company's purpose is not limited to sea freight forwarding as a non-vessel operating common carrier (NVOCC) and related services, but extends to all other modes of transport, including road, rail and air freight and related (forwarding) services. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries domestically and internationally and participate in other companies domestically and internationally, as well as conduct all business that is directly or indirectly related to its purpose. The company may participate in group financing, in particular by granting loans to its direct or indirect shareholders or other group companies or providing security of all kinds for their liabilities to third parties, even if these loans or securities are in the exclusive interest of its direct or indirect shareholders or other group companies and are provided free of charge.
