The company's purpose is to engage in all activities related to the realization of real estate projects, promotions, development, enhancement, purchases and sales of real estate, brokerage, management, in Switzerland and abroad, for all types of properties, excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may carry out any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to this purpose, create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland or abroad, participate in all enterprises having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose and, if it serves its interests, grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE.
