To propose recognized and trusted expert engineers to clients and project assigners; to defend the profession and multiply contacts between experts in Arab countries and worldwide; to work in various fields; to be a partner to expert engineers in charge of different sectors of activity in their country: agriculture, construction, environment, maritime, public works, mechanics, geology, hydrocarbons, hydraulics, telecommunications, mining, etc. (see statutes for full purpose).
