The purpose of the company is to provide all types of services in the field of psychology and psychotherapy. It also provides training in the practice of psychotherapy for psychologists in continuing education (enrolled in the MAS specialization in psychotherapy). It may carry out all operations related to this activity as well as all operations that may promote the purpose and interest of the company. It may create branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire companies with similar purposes, merge with such companies and conclude all contracts that may develop or achieve its purpose or relate directly or indirectly to it. It may grant or receive loans from or in favor of its associates, as well as to or from all companies of the same group.
