The revival and development of the cultural and spiritual heritage of small indigenous peoples, divided peoples affected by ethnocide and genocide, the preservation of their national originality; the implementation of charitable and humanitarian actions aimed at strengthening peace, friendship and agreement between peoples, the prevention of social, national and religious conflicts; the appeal and accumulation of financial and material resources, other resources and the direction of these towards the realization of the goals and tasks of the Organization's statutes. The activity of the ONGIB NART is non-profit. The funds received, including the income from patronal activity, are used only for the realization of the purposes and tasks of the statutes. To achieve the goals of the Statutes, the Organization sets the following tasks: to organize scientific research and developments on issues of economy, law, history, culture, education, demography, ecology and other problems related to the fate and development of small peoples; to contribute to the study of the native language, to the preparation of programs and textbooks for national schools and educational institutions; to implement various projects in the field of publishing and mass media related to the grouping and development of small peoples, divided peoples affected by ethnocide and genocide; to contribute to the preservation and development of national folklore; to contribute to the revival, development and support of national crafts, festivals and mass games; to participate in the activity of other public associations for the revival of national traditions, the rescue and preservation of monuments of national history and culture, landscapes, parks and memorable places; to carry out humanitarian actions, including the collection and distribution of humanitarian aid, but not limited to; to organize charity festivals, exhibitions, sports competitions, fairs, contests, as well as seminars, conferences and other activities, including tourism programs; to establish prizes, scholarships, diplomas of the ONGIB NART.
