ORGU Holding AG

The company aims to achieve the objectives of the ORGU Foundation, in particular to hold and manage a stake of at least 80% of the shares in INTEGRA Holding AG, as well as in existing or newly established companies, to carry out commercial financial transactions for the benefit of group companies, and to finance development projects and manage assets of all kinds. The company may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad. The company may participate in other companies and corporations, acquire or establish similar or related companies, and enter into all transactions and conclude contracts that are suitable to promote the purpose of the company or are directly or indirectly related to it.
