In Switzerland and abroad, the acquisition of interests in companies of any kind, including financial, real estate or other companies; the purchase and sale of real estate, all real estate transactions and promotions, all general business activities, project management and real estate development. It may also carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all commercial, financial, movable and immovable transactions, participate in all forms in all commercial, financial, movable and immovable enterprises and create branches and subsidiaries, in Switzerland and abroad. The Company may grant loans and other direct or indirect financing to its direct or indirect subsidiaries and to third parties, including its direct or indirect associates and the direct or indirect subsidiaries of such associates, including without restriction in the context of liquidity management activities within the group (including zero balancing), and create security interests of any kind in favor of these parties, including by way of pledges or transfers of the Company's assets on a fiduciary basis or through guarantees of any kind, and this also gratuitously, on preferential terms, without interest, to the exclusion of the Company's profit motive and/or by taking concentrated risks.
