The company's purpose is to carry out any investment operations and any trade in goods and services in Switzerland and abroad in the field of construction, real estate or furniture. In particular, the company may acquire, sell, alienate, hold, build, lease, manage, administer, renovate, maintain, repair, carry out all plans, projects, financial plans for the execution of work, execute or have executed and supervise all work, carry out any brokerage, promotion, enhancement, import, export operations concerning real estate, personal property and securities, excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE, and carry out all real estate or personal property transactions in general.
