The company's purpose is the creation, production, importation, exportation, distribution and sale of products and articles for well-being, pleasure and comfort, particularly for adults, including but not limited to sex toys, lingerie, erotic products, lubricants, clothing, accessories, as well as the provision of associated services. The company may also, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, carry out all financial, commercial, movable or immovable transactions (excluding all transactions prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners) directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose and may be interested, in any form, in similar companies, in particular by acquiring participations in similar companies. The company may also establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad.
