The company may acquire, hold, manage, operate and sell real estate and intellectual property rights abroad. The company may, as a secondary purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad: create branches, in general, carry out any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable property, directly or indirectly related to its purpose, grant loans to its shareholders and third parties, guarantee loans subscribed by shareholders and third parties, secure these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
