The company's purpose is to carry out all construction, civil engineering, masonry and excavation work, plastering, painting, drywalling, flooring, design, renovation and realization of all kinds of construction projects as a general contractor and all related services such as brokerage, management, expertise and sales, as well as the import, export and marketing of all building materials. It may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, excluding all operations prohibited by the LFAIE, acquire companies with an identical or similar purpose, or merge with such companies, carry out all commercial and financial activities and make all transactions and conclude all contracts that are conducive to its purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it. It may acquire, hold and dispose of real estate, excluding all operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may pursue its purpose through all operations - especially through all contracts - without limitation, as to their location - in Switzerland or abroad, as to their object, as to their execution - whether by the company, by branches of the company, by participations in other companies or by subcontractors. The company may also conclude loan agreements with its shareholders and/or third parties, as debtor or creditor, or grant them guarantees, if this serves its interests.
