The company's purpose is to provide any advice in the financial and investment fields, excluding any activity subject to authorization or registration under the Federal Act on Financial Institutions (LEFin) or the Federal Act on Financial Services (LSFin); the acquisition, sale, holding and management of participations in all types of companies and businesses; the purchase, sale, import, export and distribution of all manufactured or non-manufactured products as well as all commercial, financial and securities transactions; the construction, acquisition, sale, rental, management, promotion and brokerage of real estate, as well as the acquisition of participations in real estate companies (excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE). To this end, the company may provide administrative services and participate in industrial and commercial enterprises. It may also participate in the financing, in particular by providing guarantees and securities of all kinds, to its shareholders, to other entities of the group to which the company belongs, in the interest of the said group, or to third parties, and establish branches or found subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. The company may also carry out all activities directly or indirectly related to the above-mentioned purpose.
