Lessors and lessees jointly and solidarily regulate lease transactions; advocate for the preservation and securing of leased land for lessees, fair lease rates, fair distribution of leased land taking into account the condition prior to the re-allocation of land improvement, optimal allocation of leased land to farming priorities, relief of private lessors who make their land available to the cooperative for leasing from land improvement costs, regulation of secondary uses (e.g. autumn use), exchange among lessees to improve crop rotation.
