The purpose of the company is to conduct real estate business domestically and abroad and any related business of any kind, in particular the management, leasing, new construction and renovation, acquisition and sale of any real estate in the broadest sense, in particular single-family and multi-family homes, offices, commercial properties, hotels as well as the development of real estate projects and the provision of services related to the aforementioned business purposes, either directly or through companies in which the company holds a stake. The company may engage in any business that is suitable to directly or indirectly serve the company's purpose. To this end, it may establish branches domestically and abroad under the same or a different name, found and acquire companies, invest in companies and sell companies. The company may sell any of its investments or spin off all or part of its business or assets or transfer them to affiliated companies. Furthermore, it may consolidate companies in which it holds a stake under its unified management and/or limit itself to the administration of the investment(s) and conclude corporate agreements of any kind as well as hive off its operations in whole or in part to companies in which it holds a majority stake or transfer them to such companies.
