The company's purpose is to operate a transportation business of all kinds, particularly for goods. The company may also, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, carry out all financial, commercial, movable or immovable transactions (excluding all transactions prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners) directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose and may participate, in any form, in similar businesses, particularly by acquiring an interest in similar businesses. The company may also establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. Furthermore, the company may enter into loan agreements with its associates, either as debtor or creditor, or grant them guarantees, if this serves its interests.
