The company's purpose is the purchase, sale, and holding of real estate located abroad and/or in Switzerland, and if in Switzerland, only commercial real estate (business premises) in which purchase is not subject to authorization pursuant to Article 2, paragraph 2, letter a, of the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (LAFE). The company may participate in other foreign and/or Swiss companies with a similar purpose and, if Swiss, only if they meet the requirements of Article 2, paragraph 2, letter a, of the LAFE. The company may also acquire and hold shares in foreign and/or Swiss companies that do not have a real estate purpose.
