Direct or indirect participation in a capital investment or company in Switzerland or abroad; provision of services to its subsidiaries based in Switzerland and abroad, excluding all transactions subject to the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad of 16 December 1983 (LFAIE). It may, in its own name or on behalf of third parties, carry out all financial, commercial, movable or immovable property transactions that are directly or indirectly related to its purpose clause, and participate in any form in other companies. For this purpose, the company may provide technical and management services and participate in industrial and commercial companies. It may also participate in the financing, including by granting guarantees and securities of any kind, of other companies in the group to which the company belongs, in the general interest of this group, and establish branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. The company may also carry out all transactions that are directly or indirectly related to the purpose stated herein.
