The company's purpose is to acquire participations, in any form, in all Swiss or foreign companies, as well as to manage, control and develop these participations, to acquire all titles and rights through participation, contribution, subscription, firm purchase or option to buy and any other means, to acquire patents and licenses, to manage and develop them, as well as all operations directly or indirectly related to its purpose, by borrowing, with or without guarantee and in all currencies, through the issuance of bonds that may also be convertible and/or subordinated and notes, and by granting loans or guarantees to companies in which it has taken an interest. All activities prohibited by the LFAIE are excluded (for complete purpose see articles of association).
