To trade in the leasing of services in Switzerland and between Switzerland and abroad (from and to abroad), in the form of temporary work or work on a fee basis; to recruit, select and place, on a permanent or temporary basis, personnel with companies in Switzerland and abroad; to provide recruitment advice in the broadest sense, as well as personnel, recruitment and employee training assistance, administration and representation of other companies. It may also: establish branches and subsidiaries; acquire and sell participations or other rights in legal entities, companies and businesses, collaborate with and manage such legal entities, companies and businesses; acquire, commercially exploit and sell intellectual and/or industrial property rights, including know-how, patented or not, acquire and sell goods; provide or obtain loans in cash, in particular but not exclusively loans to legal entities and companies that are subsidiaries and/or affiliated entities of the company or in which the company holds any right, as well as withdrawals or provision of withdrawals of funds from a cash loan; conclude contracts under which the company undertakes to act as guarantor or joint and several debtor, or provides securities or declares itself jointly and severally liable, with or for others, in particular but not exclusively in favour of the legal entities and entities mentioned above; carry out industrial and commercial activities; acquire, encumber, sell and manage real estate in Switzerland and abroad; carry out any activity related to or conducive to the purposes stated herein.
