The association aims to provide medical services, particularly emergency medical services, medical advice and support, particularly in comprehensive and advanced health planning/healthcare (Advance Care Planning, ACP), as well as teaching in medicine, particularly the training and further education of future emergency physicians, all respectively in Switzerland and abroad. The association may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad and may participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, as well as perform all legal acts and conduct all business that is directly or indirectly related to its purpose. The association may acquire, hold, manage, encumber, exploit, and dispose of real property and intellectual property rights in Switzerland and abroad. It may also arrange financing for its own or third-party account, as well as provide guarantees, sureties, and securities of all kinds for affiliated companies and third parties or secure or guarantee the obligations of these companies in other ways.
