Maintenance, renovation and, if necessary, renewal of the old and, above all, the new Pantenbrücke, which is the only connection from the valley to the alpine and mountainous region of the Glarnerland valley, and thus also an object of public interest, as a monument of national importance under protection. The municipality of Linthal-Dorf makes the Pantenbrücken available to the foundation free of charge for preservation, development and use. Ownership of the bridges remains with the municipality of Linthal-Dorf. With regard to the use of the bridges by the founders, Kraftwerke Linth-Limmern AG (KLL) and any other users, the existing agreements regarding the use and maintenance of the Tierfehd-Hintersand road, or the provisions of the concession for the use of the water forces in the Linth source area, shall continue to apply in principle.
