The company's purpose is the operation of a pig farm. The company may pursue its purpose through all operations - specifically through all contracts - without limitation: as to their location - in Switzerland or abroad; as to their object - whether it concerns tangible property (movable or immovable) or intellectual property or services; as to their execution - whether it be by the company, by branches of the company, by participations in other companies or by subcontractors. The company may also enter into loan agreements with its partners, as a debtor or creditor, or grant them guarantees, if this is in the interest of the company.
